My mom and I came in to buy and car and she left so happy. Ever since she bought the car, she has called me everyday telling me about how happy she is with her decision. Back in January 2025 I went here on my mom and sisters advice. It was then I met Stephen Rudenski (?). A most knowledgeable sales person who set me up in a sweet outback. I drove that hard and it didn't ever let me down. But alas my wife's 08 cobalt was dying, rust, air bags, and the transmission light came on. Her car was dying a slow death. So we went to see Stephen once again. He put her in a imprezza sport, still a SUV. But small, so we both drive subarus now and 100% satisfied with them. Go see Stephen for a great deal.

I purchased a 2017 Outback here in late 2017. Buying the car was enjoyable (thanks Brian M) and I got a fair price. Since then, I've had three oil changes, a few minor repairs, and one recall. I found it easy dealing with the service department (thanks Rich) and everything was done correctly the first time. UPDATE-1: When you take a Subaru that was purchased at Bill Rapp's to their service department to have a New York State inspection, there is no charge. UPDATE-2: I've purchased one Jaguar and seven Subaru cars here over the past 35 years. I enjoy dealing with Frank and Sam in sales, Rich and the others in service, and Craig and his colleagues in the body shop.
